Our Coeur d'Alene Real Estate Department  is looking for a Real Estate Processor Rock Star!  This position will process loan applications, prepare and processes related documents for real estate loans.  Acts as liaison with realtors, Loan Originators, customers, and the public maintaining a professional, customer service oriented demeanor in all contact.  May perform secretarial/shipper duties.

About This Position:

Duties: 

  • Reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain the interior of Valley Bank facilities to a level that promotes a professional image.
  • Clean interior of buildings to include (high level): vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows and doors.
  • Clean exterior of ATM machines and night drop area.
  • Sweep and remove litter and debris from outside entrances.
  • Clean restrooms and restock dispensers. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s license. 

Salary / Location / Hours: 

  • $18 - $20 per hour or D.O.E.
