Through our partnership with the NeighborWorks HomeStretch program, you can receive a deferred second mortgage designed to help make homeownership possible.
- Step 3: Give Back When You Sell*.
When you sell your home, you’ll return a portion of the profit to help sustain this program for future homeowners. Ask your lender for complete details.
Important to know
- HomeStretch is available to homebuyers in 22 counties across Montana. The counties participating in the First Bank of Montana footprint are Blaine, Cascade, Chouteau, Fergus, Judith Basin, Petroleum, Pondera, and Teton County.
- Completion of a homebuyer education course is required.
- NeighborWorks HomeStretch funds are limited and available on a first-come, first served basis. Income and asset limitations apply.
