Hometown Teacher of the Semester

The Hometown Teacher of the Semester program recognizes exceptional educators who make a meaningful difference in the lives of their students and communities.

Community members are invited to nominate teachers who go above and beyond in the classroom. At the conclusion of each nomination period, the teacher receiving the most nominations will be selected as the semester winner.

The winning teacher’s school will receive a $250 donation to support their classroom.

ELIGIBILITY The nominated teacher must be actively teaching at a public, private, or accredited school. The teacher must teach within an eligible county located in First Bank of Montana’s market area. Only one teacher from each school district may be eligible to receive the award during a nomination period. To promote recognition across multiple communities, if multiple teachers from the same district receive nominations, only the highest-nominated teacher from that district will advance for award consideration.
