VISA CREDIT CARD TRANSFER UPDATE

While your credit card account will remain with First Bank of Montana, we are transferring the processing to a new provider effective 8/20/21. There are new support phone numbers and URLs for online access. You will receive new cards, with shipment beginning 8/23/21.

VISA CARD TRANSFER IMPACTED SERVICES

Card - Existing cards are working at this time. New cards begin shipping soon. There may be a couple weeks delay before you receive them. Please activate your new cards as soon as they arrive.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) - The support number to call for 24/7 access will change to 1-877-446-1799.  While you have your old card, if you are transferred to a representative, it may be answered as either First Bank of Montana or First Security Bank.

Local Support numbers. You can call your local Branch, Consumer Card Support @ 406-467-2531 or toll free @ 1-833-696-1956.

Online Access – You are unable to register with your old account number.  If you need immediate access, please call the local support numbers above. Please use https://onlinebanking.firstdata.com/ecs/firstbankmontana  Otherwise you will need to wait until you receive your new card and register at that time.

ALERTS - You will temporarily lose access to alerts. Any that you currently have will need to be set up again. We will post updates to this site to let you know when they will be available but anticipate that to be 9/15/21.  These alerts can be transactional or related to changes that are made to your account.

Rewards - All points that you have available on your existing account will be transferred to our new program. Once you receive your new card, please log into www.RewardsRedeemed.com and register your account. You may also call 1-866-502-2741. Access to the website may not be available immediately. Reward balances and newly earned points will be posted over the next few weeks.

Fraud Monitoring - You will be provided fraud monitoring on your account. Initially you can get e-mail or voice mail notices. Text notices will be available soon.  Calls may come from Glacier Bank, First Security Bank, or First Bank of Montana.
