LATEST PPP NEWS & UPDATES

  • July 6 - The SBA has resumed accepting PPP loan applications in response to the Paycheck Protection Program Extension Act.  The new deadline to apply for a Paycheck Protection Program loan is August 8, 2020 (previous deadline was June 30).  Learn More.
  • June 19 - The SBA and U.S. Treasury announced enhanced transparency regarding the PPP.  Specifically, for businesses that received PPP loans in the amount of $150,000 and above, the SBA will disclose additional information.  Learn More.
  • June 5 - The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Flexibility Act was signed into law, which makes it easier for many businesses to spend PPP funds in a way that is forgivable.  Learn More.

HOW TO APPLY FOR PPP LOAN FORGIVENESS

We are currently developing a streamlined PPP forgiveness application form to help simplify the application process for our customers.  Once complete, we will reach out to borrowers with an invitation to apply.  In the mean time, please review the following resources:
 
Note:  If you have reached the end of your covered period, have spent your PPP funds, and believe you qualify for 100% forgiveness under the current PPP rules, you can submit a completed application package (including all required documentation) to us.  We will review and hold your application until the SBA opens its forgiveness processing system.
